The emphasis on this trip is, no surprise, food. Where to eat, what to eat, and just how often can we eat? This last is the one limiting factor. I'm particularly interested in finding treasures in those out of the way towns that appear to be at the mercy of Subway (you know, the places where even McDonalds doesn't go?). I know that people in that town must want good food. Our aim is to find it!
